Peki ya bu sıcak sonbahar senin sistemlerinde kontrole değer mi? Mesela heat pump kullanıp da smart termostatla yönetenler varsa, normalde kışa geçişte ısıtma moduna alınırken bu yıl daha geç belki de hiç almamak gerekebilir. Geçen sene ısı pompasını kasımda devreye almam gerektiğinden termostatımı 18°C'e ayarlamıştım, bu sene acaba ayarlarımı en az 1-2 derece daha yükseltmeli miyim? Yani smart home rutinlerinde sadece termostat değil, belki de nemlendirici ya da havalandırma ayarlarında da değişiklik yapmak lazım.
Ayrıca bahçede sulama sistemlerini düşünenler var mı? Daha az su harcayan bitkiler seçmek ya da yağmur hasat sistemlerini kurmak mı daha faydalı olacak? Benim yeşil alanlarımda her sene ekimde sulamayı tamamen kesiyordum ama bu sene acaba farklı mı olacak?
