Best ways to follow and discuss foreign TV series without spoilers

Looking for a solid workflow to keep up with foreign TV series while minimizing spoilers and language barriers. I usually start with official subtitles, then take notes on recurring themes and cultural references. After a few episodes I join discussion threads to compare interpretations, but I’m careful about spoiler tags. How do you structure your viewing schedule, manage subtitle sources, and engage with the community without ruining plot twists? Any tips on balancing binge‑watching with thoughtful analysis are welcome.
