When it comes to safe performance tweaks, a light ECU remap that limits ignition timing advance to no more than 2° BTDC and keeps turbo pressure within factory limits (around 13 psi for most family cars) can add 5-8% more power without significantly increasing fuel consumption. Additionally, adjusting tire pressure based on vehicle load (±0.2 bar above the recommended pressure) reduces rolling resistance and helps maintain stable fuel efficiency.
