My personal theory? Either a piece of debris from a parallel universe or a remnant from the past... What do you guys think?

It caught my eye and I immediately came up with a theory. Actually, I saw something like that years ago, but around Los Angeles. It was like a huge black pipe that seemed to be descending from the sky, as if it were carrying some kind of matter or a beam of light. Right nearby, the power suddenly went out, everything—including phones—froze. Then about five minutes later everything returned to normal, but the pipe was gone.
I guess yours could be something similar. Maybe it’s a high‑energy structure or a temporary artificial portal. If you’re like me, try to record the event—at least get a photo or video. Scientists or researchers who examine the footage might find something interesting. I think you should send it to WikiLeaks or UFO research groups like MUFON and see what they say.
