Guys, this news is going around: beekeepers have found neatly arranged stones on top of the hives. For those who don't understand, the producer has offered a simple solution. Is this a natural behavior, or is it a trick to protect the bees? What do you think? 🧐 I think this is an interesting detail, does it affect honey production in the hives, for example? Or is it just a physical intervention? Let's hear your comments!

I've heard that the stones placed on top of beehives are actually a trick to protect the bees. The stones narrow the hive entrance, reducing heat loss in cold weather, and also prevent predators from easily opening the hive. Although it may seem unnatural, it's a practical solution. Once, when I was making a wooden hive, I placed a few small stones at the entrance and noticed that it kept the overall temperature of the hive more stable. While it may not have a significant impact on honey production, I observed that it directly benefits the health of the colony. Now I understand better why beekeepers use this method.
