I think the answer to this question actually varies from platform to platform, bro. For example, when I'm watching a series on Netflix or Amazon Prime, I usually care about app usability because they both have designs that work smoothly on mobile and in browsers. If the page loads slowly or navigating the interface is a hassle, you just get mentally exhausted, so I prefer something simple and user‑friendly. But with YouTube TV or some local platforms (I won’t name them), I pay more attention to the connection staying stable, because ads can cause the stream to cut out, etc. Especially with live broadcasts or binge‑watching sessions, a good connection speed can be a lifesaver. So, in the end I usually go with “option 2” because if the UI isn’t comfortable I don’t enjoy watching, but if my internet is flaky I’m forced to prioritize speed, honestly.
