My phone keeps freezing, files are disappearing, and the battery is really dying. I want to get a new one, but what’s the best way to go about it? I tried factory resetting and even added a microSD card to expand storage, but nothing worked. Is there another solution, or should I just upgrade? What do you think?
What’s the best way to upgrade a phone that’s reached the end of its life?

I had a Samsung Galaxy A51 too, and it was having the same issues. I tried resetting it to factory settings and even inserted a microSD card, but nothing changed. I ended up having to completely replace it. Maybe for smartphones it's like “getting a new bag”—it makes more sense to just move on with a fresh device rather than trying to patch up the old one.
