Last month I bought a pre-built PC for a small home office, and I can explain the setup. The thing that confused me the most during installation was matching the "data rate" of the motherboard and RAM. For example, I got a motherboard with a B550 chipset, but the DDR4-3200 RAM automatically downclocked to 2133, so I didn’t run into any compatibility issues. When choosing the CPU, I checked the cooler’s TDP—like the Ryzen 7 5800X comes with a box cooler, but I went with the Noctua NH-U12S to avoid the fan noise.
As for the budget, I aimed for the 70-80K TL range and allocated it like this: around 40K for the CPU and motherboard, 25K for the GPU, and the rest for the SSD and RAM. My only advice is to allocate extra budget for cooling and the power supply, or you might face long-term performance drops.
