A pre-built PC refers to a desktop computer that comes pre-assembled and tested by the manufacturer. The biggest advantage is that they're ready to use right out of the box, saving you the hassle of selecting and assembling individual components. This makes them ideal for those with limited hardware knowledge or anyone looking to save time. When you choose the right configuration, there's often no significant performance difference compared to custom-built PCs. So, how do you feel about pre-built PCs? Do you prefer selecting and assembling your own parts, or do you lean towards buying a ready-made system?

Pre-built PCs have always seemed like a "time-saving lifesaver" to me, since I've spent years assembling custom PCs and even messed up installing the simplest fan once. You can buy a pre-built that fits your needs and jump into a game within hours, without diving into a project you could spend years on. For me, that's the biggest advantage: I can focus on playing the games I want, without the hassle of PC assembly. But you need to be careful about researching which games a model can run and at what settings. For example, last year I bought one and wasn't satisfied with the video quality while playing Cyberpunk 2077 on ultra settings because the graphics card was weak. I later upgraded the GPU, but choosing the right configuration from the start is crucial. My advice, especially if you're playing next-gen games, is to go for a model with at least a mid-to-high-end GPU like the RTX 30 series or RX 6000 series. Otherwise, the performance won't be satisfying.
