I was in the exact same situation bro, I got a 4000MHz kit for a project but saw that the system accepted 3200MHz without any struggle. It was like the RAMs were adjusting the frequency themselves, heating up unnecessarily and spinning the fans for nothing. If you look at the price-to-performance ratio, a 3600MHz kit is 100-150 liras cheaper and you won’t even feel the performance loss. If you're thinking long-term, you could go for DDR5, but even a crappy i7-12700K + 3200MHz is doing just fine right now, don’t sweat it bro.
