When building a new system in this series, which GPU size are you leaning towards? Small form factor (fewer slots, compact systems), mid-size (balanced performance/heat), or standard full-size (maximum performance/cooling)? Why do you prefer that choice? If you're experimenting, what criteria guide your decision?

When choosing between RTX 30 series cards, I usually go based on what my system is meant to do, bro. If you're building a compact PC or need something small, the 3060 Ti (whether it's the 12VHPWR or the model with a power adapter) makes perfect sense. It takes up minimal space and doesn’t hog slots. Plus, it’s more than enough for 1080p or even 1440p gaming. Honestly, the biggest thing to watch out for with these models is the cooling solution—compact cases mean poor airflow, which can lead to thermal throttling on cards like the 3060 Ti. When you step up to mid-sized options like the 3070 or 3080, things change. These cards handle performance and heat much better, making them ideal for mid-to-high-end builds for long-term use. The 3070, for example, delivers serious FPS gains and a noticeable boost in ray tracing while still offering great value. Moving to the 3080 opens up the possibility of 4K gaming or high-refresh-rate 1440p setups. I only go for full-size models when I don’t care about case size and want maximum performance. Cards like the 3090 or 3090 Ti deliver insane FPS and graphics quality—just don’t forget the price tag is equally insane. Cooling isn’t an issue either; dual-pump systems, massive fans—none of that’s a problem. So if your budget and case allow it, the full-size 3090 Ti is the way to go!
