There's no official announcement from the authorities like "Applications for the 2026-2027 period have started" yet, but based on last year, we expect an official announcement within this month. If it starts at the end of June or early July like last year, we might need to be a bit more patient.

As of yesterday, it looks like the KYK dormitory and scholarship/loan applications are marked as "open" in the system, but they haven't been officially announced yet. Normally, the ministry makes official announcements with press releases, so just a little more patience, buddy. I also logged into my account last night, and while the system says "Application Started," you can't actually proceed yet—it gives a "Applications have not started yet" warning when clicked. So even though the content is visible, the system is technically locked, and we’ll have to wait and apply later.
