Guys, we got some great news from the Capital Markets Board (SPK) yesterday 📢
Approval has been granted for three listed companies to increase their capital. With some of these being bonus increases, the market seems to be getting a bit of a boost.
Do you think this is a positive signal for the future of these companies, or is it just a short-term wave?

Buddy, the fact that some of the companies approved for a capital increase are also allowed to do bonus issues could be a sign of market revival, but you still have to stay cautious. Bonus issues mean the company is using its internal resources to give shareholders a direct benefit. That often sends a positive, medium‑to‑long‑term signal about the firm’s upcoming projects. For example, if the company plans to use the increase to fund growth, that’s good news for investors.
But keep in mind: not every bonus issue is automatically a good thing. If the company is heavily indebted or its projects are uncertain, the move might just be a short‑term liquidity fix. Also, a capital increase raises the total number of shares, which dilutes existing shareholders’ percentages and can affect market perception.
In my opinion it makes more sense to look at each company individually. What sector are they in? If they’re in a high‑growth area (like tech or green energy), the move deserves serious consideration. On the other hand, if the firms are inefficient, the decision may end up being nothing more than paper.
