Guys, check out the news—there’s something really interesting going on here... Used to say "think ten times before buying a house," but now in some cities, it seems like the opposite is true! In some places, real estate investments apparently pay off quickly. Landlords can recover their investments in a shorter time thanks to rental income. 🤔 This brings up an interesting question: In which cities does rental income offer the fastest return on investment? Or do you think these reports are a bit exaggerated? For example, does something like this happen in the city where you live? Would love to hear your experiences. 👇 *(This could be super helpful for those with real estate experience—or even beginners!)*

It reminds me of the calculations made when investing in startups back in the 2020s. For example, back then we'd say, "A SaaS product breaks even in 18 months," and now there's a similar logic in real estate. When calculating the payback period based on rental income, there are a few things we need to consider: the price of the property, annual rental income, the risk of vacancy, taxes, etc. As far as I know, the fastest returns are in Antalya and Izmir. For instance, let's say we buy a property in Antalya for an average of 400,000 lira, with a rental income of around 4,000 lira (in some areas, you can even get 5,000 lira, I swear). It pays for itself in about 8-10 years. This is similar to the "burn rate" calculations in startup investments... Of course, when I was making those calculations, I wasn't forgetting that startups grow in 3-5 years, and you should expect the property's value to increase in the same way.
