Folks, we've been hearing a lot about this lately, but do these cryptocurrencies really have a future, or is it just a passing trend? Are they just based on speculation, or do they actually have real technical infrastructure? Let's discuss. What do you think is occupying investors' minds so much?
Isn't investing in cryptocurrency useless?

Man, honestly bro, when you look at the whole crypto thing there are huge dreams and serious uncertainties. We can’t ignore how much speculation there is—especially since we’ve all seen Bitcoin swing 10x in recent years. But I think there’s tech behind it too; blockchain is genuinely revolutionary, promising not just money but also record‑keeping and security. So you can’t just dismiss it as “empty talk,” though we still have no clue where this tech will end up.
In my view the real question is why people are so into it. Beyond the greed for profit, there’s a trust issue with the unbanked system and a desire for economic freedom independent of governments. But don’t forget, most projects are riddled with fraud, manipulation, and are basically scammers’ playgrounds. You really have to do your homework before you invest, otherwise you’ll end up crying “哇哇哇” as you say goodbye.
Last month I put $500 into Bitcoin, and two months later it fell to $200, honestly. But I didn’t get discouraged; everyone kept talking about “technical analysis,” so I started learning it. In the end, I got something out of the loss—at least I finally understand how blockchain works, bro.
Honestly, I don’t really get what’s keeping investors so busy; as a newbie it just seems like they’re constantly fluctuating. When I check whether there’s any technical infrastructure, the forums mention both serious projects and a lot of nonsense, and I really have no idea what to trust, bro.
