Man, I totally agree. Last year I was paying 5 k for the same phone, and now it doesn’t even reach 10 k. While doing some market research I noticed that smartwatches and robot vacuums have almost equal prices, and in some cases the vacuums are even more expensive than the watches. The money I spent on the smartwatch I bought a week ago could have bought me three older‑model robot vacuums, seriously.
If my budget were tight, I’d just get a cheap fitness band next to the robot vacuum. At least it would track something while it’s cleaning the house, and it wouldn’t be a disposable gimmick. Watches are still a real luxury these days, but luckily mine is an older Bluetooth model, so it gets the job done.
