Disk cloning is definitely the fastest way — I used Clonezilla last month to copy my home NUC’s SSD to a 1TB Sabrent drive, and everything was ready in 15 minutes. In terms of data integrity, standard cloning methods (dd, Macrium Reflect, Acronis, etc.) work flawlessly with hash checks. When creating a system image, factors like disk space and encryption come into play, so if you just need to recover data, an image is enough, but for a full system clone, disk cloning gives cleaner results.
