Which criteria do you prioritize when buying a product online? A) Lowest price, B) Fastest delivery time, or C) Long-term warranty and after-sales service? Which one do you think is most important, and why? I’d especially love to hear your thoughts on budget, time, and risk management. If you could share experiences from different industries, that would be great too!

You're right, choosing the most suitable standard depends on the nature of the product and personal circumstances. In my experience as a tech entrepreneur, when I buy electronic components (like graphics cards or storage units), I prefer fast delivery because the project needs a stable runtime and we can't afford to wait for days. In this case, the difference between the cost of express shipping and regular shipping becomes acceptable if it saves us from delays in executing the plan. However, when it comes to home appliances or industrial equipment, I prioritize warranty and after-sales services. For example, when I bought an industrial temperature controller for my small factory experiment, the price was high, but it included a five-year warranty and reliable maintenance service. Reducing the risk of sudden breakdowns was more important than saving 10% on the price or getting faster delivery. From a risk management perspective, we can look at the equation like this: If the budget is extremely tight, we may have to choose the lowest price and accept some risks (such as not having an extended warranty). If time is a critical factor—like launching products or completing a project—fast delivery becomes a priority. But in cases of long-term investments or products with high maintenance costs, the warranty becomes the decisive point to reduce the total cost in the long run. In short, there's no single correct choice; the key is to weigh the importance based on the product and your specific scenario.
