At a budget of around ¥4000, I went with an AMD Ryzen 5 5600G paired with 16GB of 3200MHz DDR4 RAM. I installed a 500GB NVMe SSD first and added a 1TB 7200rpm HDD. For the GPU, I used a GTX 1650 with 4GB of VRAM. This setup already meets the needs of most games and daily office work. If I need higher visual quality later, I can just upgrade the GPU.
