I'm curious, what methods do you generally use to track your health data? Which do you find more reliable among the results from smartwatches, fitness trackers, or specialized devices? I'm looking for a system that goes beyond just steps and heart rate, one that also records details like stress levels and sleep quality. What do you recommend? Any experiences to share, guys?

Honestly, just like you, I bought a cheap smart band with a step counter and heart rate sensor last year, but since I wanted things like stress and sleep tracking, I went a bit overboard and got a Seektable. In my opinion, stress levels (via HRV) and sleep stages (using movement + sensor data) are measured pretty well on that model, and honestly, if you ask me, these are the devices that give the most balanced results in this regard.
