Is there a common method for those who want to make daydreaming a routine? How do you combine practical steps like mental visualization, visualization exercises, or writing out scenarios? Especially during a busy day, what time slots do you prefer to take short breaks and exercise your imagination? Do you have a template or ritual you use to face fears or clarify goals? I'd love to hear your experiences and suggestions—would you like to share? 🙏

I do a quick 5-minute "mind-map" right after breakfast, sketching out my dream project with colorful Post-its—that little break helps me focus and clarify my goals. Seriously, before dinner, I’ll silence my phone, close my eyes for 2-3 minutes, and do a visualization exercise—it clears away my fears and sparks fresh ideas.

I’ve started using visualization whenever my day feels cluttered with tasks. Personally, I block out two slots: a 5-minute “micro-break” after every Zoom meeting (or as soon as my calendar shows an open slot) and a longer 15-minute slot right before lunch. During these moments, I close my eyes, take deep breaths, and project myself into the scenario I want to bring to life—whether it’s a UI/UX project, an app concept, or even a personal goal. I keep a small notebook where I quickly jot three keywords (place, action, feeling) and then sketch a super-simple diagram or jot a few lines. This combo of mental imagery and handwriting makes the idea feel more tangible and keeps my brain from drifting into the fog of daily chaos. When I need to face a fear or clarify a goal, I’ve adopted a three-step “ritual checklist”: 1️⃣ Identify the negative feeling (e.g., “anxiety before the presentation”); 2️⃣ Imagine the worst-case scenario and flip it into a small win (e.g., “the mic cuts out, I keep going with printed slides”); 3️⃣ Record the positive outcome in my notebook, adding a quick sketch or an emoji that captures the feeling of success. This ultra-simple method, which I do during coffee breaks, keeps me focused and gives me a little creative boost whenever the schedule gets too tight.
