How can I boost productivity when juggling multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment? What methods do you recommend to prevent projects from blending together? What are some general approaches like scheduling, task delegation, or tracking tools? What tactics do you personally use in your system?
How do you get the most out of independent projects?

A guy's only problem is projects! I've been through the same struggle when setting up multiple smart home systems, I tell you. First off, you give each project a name or code it and separate it into folders. For example, I create a folder called "Smart Garden Automation Project" and inside it, subfolders like electronic schematics, codes, budget, test results, etc. This way, you don't get lost among your files.
For scheduling, I use Trello or Notion. I prepare a weekly board, each project gets its own column, and I break down tasks into cards to track them. I prioritize important tasks and at the end of the day, I spend 10 minutes reviewing them. This way, I try not to switch to another project before finishing the current one, so nothing else sneaks in. This was the best solution for my mental clutter too.
