Tried my friend's VR gear the other day and it felt like a bad mix of seasickness—my head was spinning and I felt nauseous after just 10 minutes. Is this just a one-off bad experience or is motion sickness a common issue with these devices? What’s the tech behind it anyway?
Are VR headsets really worth the risk of motion sickness?

VR motion sickness is usually about settings, bro. You can't see the display settings menu, but I'd suggest turning on the motion sickness setting. Also, refresh rate matters a lot, 90Hz+ usually works better.
