I'm planning a new training program for beginners and would love to get your opinions. Which option would you prefer? 1) Bodyweight exercises without equipment, 2) Training with simple tools (like resistance bands or dumbbells), and 3) Group classes at the gym. Please vote and briefly explain why you think this option is the most suitable. What advantages do you see in particular? Thanks for sharing your experiences!

About a year ago, I started a beginner program for my two younger brothers. We initially focused on bodyweight exercises—push-ups, squats, and planks—because they’re easy to do at home and require no equipment. After the first four weeks, we added resistance bands and some dumbbells to increase the difficulty and target specific muscles. The mix of bodyweight exercises and simple tools proved really effective: motivation stayed high because the workouts were varied, and progress was noticeable fast without needing an expensive gym membership. That’s why I’d recommend Option 2 (training with simple tools)—it provides the necessary resistance, stays flexible, and adapts easily to individual progress.
