Since the 2020s, there's been a constant debate in the tech world: Should brands constantly chase innovation, or should they maintain consistency by preserving their leadership? For example, does adding every new feature truly benefit users, or is it just marketing? Some argue that constant change disrupts the user experience. Which do you think is more accurate—leading by consistency or relentless innovation? What are your thoughts on this debate?

People are exposed to so many new feature rollouts that even finding the simplest thing can become torture. For example, instead of changing an app’s UI every day, it makes more sense to keep it at its best version, in my opinion. I once stopped playing a mobile game because they kept updating the interface constantly, and I forgot where each button was and what it did. I think there’s a balance between being a leader and constantly innovating. The small but useful tweaks Apple has made over the years, for instance, are all about perfecting the experience without creating a brand‑new revolution. Maintaining existing leadership can be much healthier for user loyalty.
