A few months ago, during that intense project period, I was exactly like you, bro—coding past midnight because of sleeplessness and all. I think the most effective thing, even if it sounds forced, was the **"5-minute rule"**—like telling yourself, *"Just take a 5-minute break to drink some water, let’s see what happens."* At first, it seemed silly, but those 5 minutes usually stretched to 30, and my mind felt reset.
I think the real lifesaver is **physically switching up a specific activity**. Like getting off the screen and just going for a 10-minute walk outside—stop carrying the stress and replace it with a new action. That’s what I did back then, and without any exaggeration, my mind would calm down a bit.
