I want to strengthen the team's attacking organization. I'm looking for a general approach focused on quick wing play, creating space from midfield, and increasing late-game combinations. How should training sessions be planned for ball carrying, triangular passing circuits, and decision-making under pressure? Do you also have recommendations on methods for winning the ball from defensive lines and triggering counterattacks? What training intensity and number of repetitions do you think yield the most effective results? Share your thoughts.

Last season, we did 5v5 small-sided games twice a week, in 6-minute sets, and after each set, we added a quick 2-minute triangle passing drill under pressure and a 1-2-1 combination to speed up wing play and create space in midfield. For defensive turnovers, we worked on a 3-minute 2-keep-1-keep drill, immediately followed by a 3-pass counterattack sequence, keeping the number of reps between 8-10, which proved most effective. I’d say keeping intensity around 80-85%, with 4-5 sets and 8-10 reps is ideal—it boosts both conditioning and decision-making speed.
