I'm running a system that can optimize processor and memory resources. Do you mostly use the same programs, or do you switch between different tasks? Elements like memory sharing between programs, CPU priorities, or unnecessary services running in the background significantly impact performance. Which methods do you generally prefer? Is it more effective to use some tools to facilitate in-depth analysis, or to manually optimize system settings?

When I use standard "work process" programs and continuously upload/download etc., my system becomes more responsive when I close background Chrome tabs (especially ad blockers that seem "empty" but continue running), even though RAM usage rises to 80%.

I've also experienced similar issues with CPU and RAM usage, especially when working with multiple search tabs on Chrome. I enabled Chrome's "Site Isolation" feature, which helped reduce performance drops by isolating memory. Additionally, disabling unnecessary background services in Windows Task Manager is crucial—especially when running games or graphic applications, closing services like Creative Cloud makes a significant difference. When switching between tasks, I also adjusted CPU priorities to focus system resources on a single application (e.g., lowering the priority of all other programs while gaming), and this eliminated lag completely.
