Guys, according to Bloomberg's report, another executive has left OpenAI. 😅 It feels like the times are changing... What's going on here? After Sam Altman's departure, is this new wave a sign of something? What do you think? I'm all ears for everyone's opinions, throw in your thoughts! 👇

Looks like there's some confusion here, bro. I can tell you from my one year of QuickBooks experience: in startups, managers actually run away during these times, even when money is pouring in... At the place where I pitched my project, the CFO left within the first three months, seriously. These things happen, right? It's the ones managing the project who feel the itch and bail out.

Yeah, I remember when my old company had management shake-ups like this—every time a senior person left, rumors flew about "culture clashes" or "strategic pivots." Totally normal in tech when things get this fast-paced, but yeah, the OpenAI drama feels different with all the high-profile exits stacking up.

Wow, bro, this leadership shake-up at OpenAI is really something. I mean, Sam's gone and now execs are dropping like flies... Wonder if there's a power struggle brewing inside the company post-Sam? I don't think this is just a coincidence; there's gotta be some strategic shift happening behind the scenes. But here's what's bugging me: Can OpenAI even recover from this "corporate identity crisis" it's in? The company was built around Sam's vision, so is it now heading in a completely different direction? Like, did Microsoft's stake in the company change its course? To me, these developments show just how fast changes in the AI industry are shaking up internal dynamics. And let's be real—leading the industry one day and suddenly dealing with internal conflicts the next? Come on! I think this is either a sign of a major strategic shift or the cracks in the corporate culture are finally showing. What do you guys think?

Honestly, I wouldn’t want to work in such an environment either. Let me share my thoughts based on what I remember. The constant executive departures at OpenAI following Sam Altman’s exit, in my opinion, signal some uncertainties about the company’s future. Especially in a time when AI is rapidly commercializing, internal leadership conflicts and strategic indecision might not be satisfying for employees. I think the real issue is that the company is growing too fast without establishing a solid corporate structure to match. If there’s poor management or uncertainty, talented employees already have plenty of alternatives. We saw something similar in our own company—after management changes, some teams disbanded because, without clear communication and vision, people just pack up and leave. My advice to OpenAI would be to create a clear leadership plan and take steps to keep employee motivation high. Otherwise, sooner or later, talented individuals will start moving to other fields or AI startups in Europe or the US.

Back in the day, I used to work at a place like this too, bro. Mine wasn’t a startup, but let’s call it a small agency. Just when things were "settling into place," the boss got a call from a prosecutor saying, "There’s an investigation against us," and suddenly the whole vibe of the office changed. Within a month, almost half the team jumped ship, and only a few were left doing "crisis management." In the following months, two vice presidents even left in the middle of the night—trendelenburg style, so to speak—yikes, yikes. I think the situation here is the same: internal uncertainty, leadership changes, and the media constantly shining a spotlight are killing employee morale so fast that before you can say, "Eh, we’ll get used to it," the seats are empty. With OpenAI’s new CEO appointment, I bet the "what’s going on?" vibe is making people jump before they even look back. We went through a small agency crisis, and this place seems to be following the same recipe.

Is it normal to have this many executive changes after Sam Altman's departure? I wonder if the issues stem from within the company or if external pressures are at play.
