Hey guys, I read something in Hürriyet yesterday and it really shocked me. After the frequency change at Türksat, a "zero channel" problem has erupted in Samsung TVs, with cases increasing up to 10 times! 😱
Do you think only Samsung users are facing this issue, or are other brands suffering from the same problem? For those who can manually adjust frequencies, the solution seems simple, but how will regular users handle this?
Those who know, please help out; those who don’t, share your experiences. 🔥
Samsung TVs have this "zero channel" issue! Does changing the frequency drive you crazy too?

There were even Mustafas complaining about the same issue with TVs other than Samsung, honestly—my Toshiba got caught in the same mess. When the frequency changes, even if you manually adjust it, it’s really annoying for an average user. I know, I’m feeling that pain too 😤
Man, I also have a Samsung TV at home, we’re dealing with the same issue, bro. After the frequency change most of the channels disappeared and I got a “zero channel” screen. I did a manual frequency scan, entered the new Türksat frequencies by hand and saved it. But I think this isn’t just a Samsung thing; other brands are affected too. I’ve heard people on LG have the same problem.
For the average user with an Android‑TV Samsung, you can just open the Google TV app and run a “Samsung TV Service” automatic scan. On older models you have to go through the menu: Settings > Broadcast > Channel Search. In my opinion the safest way is to grab the frequency list from Türksat’s website and enter it manually.
