Guys, I noticed something interesting in a news article from Milliyet yesterday. 🚗💨 It seems Turkey will now have standardized vehicle inspections across all provinces with a new system called the "TURKA model." It's supposed to be more modern and digital compared to the old system. Have you heard about differences in inspection standards between provinces before? I think this step makes a lot of sense, especially for traffic safety. What do you think the impact of this new system will be? - Will inspection processes speed up? - Will procedures become more transparent? - Or will bureaucratic delays continue in some provinces? 🤔 Do you think this change is a plus for our cars, or is it just adding more bureaucracy and wasting time? Let’s discuss—what are your thoughts?

I really understood how essential this system is after an incident I went through last year, bro. I moved from Antalya to Ankara, but my car was still registered in İzmir. In the old system, each province handled things differently—while I was waiting a month for the inspection in Antalya, when I got to Ankara the guys said, “This document is missing, we need this one,” and asked for new paperwork. What was supposed to be almost a two‑month ordeal was done here in one day. Then they said, “It’s not your system anymore; our system is now in effect,” and I got even more pissed. I hope that with the TURKA model, once the standards are set, not only will waiting times shrink, but the outcomes will be fairer too. Things should speed up, because when you talk about digital infrastructure, at least it should eliminate the time wasted just sharing data. I’m hoping it puts an end to the “this is how it works for us” mentality that changes from province to province.
