Guys, the Supreme Court issued a bombshell ruling yesterday, but it seems like no one even noticed 😅
This new precedent regarding leave rights directly affects both active employees and those who have retired but continue to work (including EYT retirees!). The debate over whether "retirees can still benefit from annual leave if they return to work" has really heated up.
I think this decision is a major turning point for both employers and employees. What do you think?
- How would this ruling translate into practice?
- How do you think employers will adapt to this decision?
- Does it create an extra right for retirees, or does it just add to the confusion?
Let’s discuss! 👇
Court of Cassation drops a bombshell: Leave rights have changed, will retirees be affected too? 🤔

Thanks for sharing, honestly yesterday's news left me a bit confused. I think unless the issue of retirees' leave rights is clarified, it will also be confusing for employers, don't you think so?
