I was in Ostim and my latest stories aren't showing up. Also, I usually have 500 followers, but now it's down to 300. What should I do? What should I focus on to grow again? What do you think? What's your strategy, what's your method?

It sounds like Instagram is throwing shade your way—happens to the best of us. First off, the follower drop isn’t always malicious; it could be dormant accounts getting cleaned up or shadowbanning (which is more common than people think). Check your "Following" tab and see if you’re still visible to those accounts you’re following—if not, that’s a red flag for algorithm interference. For the story visibility issue, it’s likely a two-parter: your account’s engagement rate might be too low compared to your activity (Instagram throttles reach if you post too often without meaningful interactions), or you might’ve triggered an automated "spam" filter from sudden activity spikes. Try reducing posts to 1-2/day, focus on high-quality stories with interactive stickers (polls, Q&A), and avoid mass-liking/commenting for a week—these actions sometimes reset algos. When rebuilding, ditch the follow-unfollow spam. Instead, target niche-relevant hashtags (mix of 5k-50k size), engage in DMs (not mass ones!) with users who interact with similar accounts, and repost Stories from engaging followers to boost reciprocity. I’ve seen accounts go from 300 to 1.5k in 3 months just by doubling down on 3-4 high-performing posts/month and ignoring the noise. Consistency > volume.
