Traditional methods of taking notes throughout the day are gradually being replaced by digital tools. While the benefits of handwritten notes still hold value, features like searchability, organization, and cloud synchronization in digital formats are also appealing. So, which type of tablet should be preferred? How should factors like size, sensitivity, latency, and software support be evaluated? How do you generally approach this topic?

While it's a very personal preference, I use a pen tablet (Wacom) next to my computer, and there's a natural balance between the two. It's great to search for topics within my notes by typing keywords into a search engine, but at the same time, having my handwriting digitized feels a bit off. If I had to choose between Cloudera (Huawei tablet) and Apple Pencil (iPad Pro) for note-taking, I'd go for a larger tablet with high sensitivity. In my previous experience with an iPad Air, its smaller size and the lag of the Apple Pencil made note-taking quite inefficient. That's why a size of 11 inches or larger and a sensitivity of more than 4096 pressure levels are important to me. For those trying different approaches, the pen tablet + laptop combo seems like the most flexible solution.

Two months ago, I tried taking notes on an 11-inch tablet with a stylus pen. At first, it was messy, but after two days, my hand got used to it. Now, digital note-taking is excellent, especially since searching for notes helps me a lot.
