One of the things we were expecting from Apple’s iPhone 17 series was price hikes, but this time it seems a bit extreme 😅 It’s being claimed that due to supply chain disruptions, the cost of the iPhone 18 Pro has increased by 38%. Then, alongside a launch date around August 10th, we’re seeing a price hike of around $300.
Do you think such an early and steep price increase makes sense? Or is Apple trying to put even more pressure on its competitors with this move? My take is that this price hike will ultimately hit the end user… What do you think?

The price hike is really brutal, man. I was like "what's going on?" when I first saw it. If your budget allows and you need it, waiting 1-2 months to see the price drop on older models might be the smarter move in situations like this.
