I think both are important, but I'm looking directly at the lumens, bro. For example, my old phone had 48MP, but the photos came out very dim at night because the lens's light transmission capacity (f-value) was the real issue. Lumens (actually not lux, the lens's f-stop value matters) directly affect the clarity and brightness of the photo. A wide aperture lens (like f/1.8) keeps photos vibrant even in low light, whereas a high pixel count only increases file size.
Real-life example: Last month, I went out with friends in Bodrum at night. Thanks to my phone's f/1.7, even the stars came out sharp, while the other phone had 64MP but the photos were dark. So, I think you should look at the lumens (more accurately, the lens's light-gathering capacity), and then sensor quality is important too, of course. The pixel count only helps you have more to work with when editing.
