In recent times, the Redmi series has been drawing attention for its price-to-performance balance in the mid-range segment. The growing demand for mobility and efficiency-focused designs is boosting sales of models in this category. As the price range for smart devices expands, the trend of seeking a balance in hardware continues. It’s not hard to predict that this trend will also reflect on other players in the industry. Do you think devices in this segment will become more prominent in users' preferences?

Bro, I totally see the rise of the Redmi series as natural, honestly. While I'm setting up budget-friendly gaming PCs, I even come across X570 boards in second-hand markets, and it's clear people are just settling for cheap processors. The Redmi Note series, especially the Note 13 Pro+, has really stepped up in terms of price-to-performance. Getting a 6000mAh battery + 120Hz display + 108MP camera package for around $600-$700 is genuinely smart. From my experience, a relative bought a Redmi Note 12 Pro+ for 3500 TL two years ago, and it’s still running without any slowdowns. In terms of gaming performance, it’s giving mid-range devices from 3-4 years ago a run for their money. So, I think Redmi models in the mid-range segment aren’t just affordable anymore—they also promise durability. Gen Z usually goes for cheap stuff, but when they see those cheap Xmark products, they just cringe.

Exactly, I noticed that too with my last phone upgrade! I had an old model from another brand and switching to a Redmi Note 12, the performance gap—especially in battery life—really blew me away for the price. Even with heavy multitasking or demanding apps, no issues at all, and it shows in benchmarks too. It’s clear this shakes up the market when you get so much bang for your buck!
