Hey guys, I'm really torn here—can't decide which one to go for. Tablets feel comfy with their big screens and that fake keyboard, but I can't carry them around in my pocket all the time. Then there are these phones with almost tablet-sized screens but super slim. Which one makes more sense to you? Does it come down to needing something portable all the time or just using it at home? Any advice would be much appreciated.

I always keep my phone in hand, bro—use it constantly both at home and outside. Tablets are nice, but they take up too much space; I can't just carry them around in my pocket, I have to put them somewhere all the time. That's why I switched to big-screen phones—they have almost tablet-sized displays but I can use them comfortably in my hand. My 6.7-inch phone? No issues at all when watching movies, gaming, or taking notes. And since I don’t need to lug around a tablet anymore, I save space and can carry it in my pocket easily. But hey, it really depends on how you use it. If you're always traveling, carrying a bunch of stuff, or have an office where you can leave your tablet, a big-screen phone makes more sense. But if you can carry your tablet around and have a desk setup where you can use a keyboard, you might not want to give up that screen comfort. Me? I can use my phone pretty much anywhere, so I’m good with just that.

I think this situation actually resembles desktop PCs a lot. For example, you want to use both a desktop and a laptop, but neither fully meets what you're looking for. Tablets are the same; if you have to carry them around constantly and take them everywhere, then a large-screen phone makes more sense. My phone, for instance, is 6.7 inches, and it fits in my pocket with no issues, but don’t forget my tablet is huge. Alternatively, there are e-readers you can consider. They fit in your pocket, have super long battery life, and the screen adjusts to ambient light automatically. So, while meeting the need for a "large screen," you don’t have to sacrifice portability. Instead, you can either go for a large phone or support it with a specialized device like an e-reader. You can choose based on which need is more important to you.
