Finally, the options for external keyboards for tablets have really diversified. So, in your opinion, how necessary is a keyboard when using a tablet? Is it sufficient for just media consumption, or is it essential for getting real work done without relying on the screen? How does the level of keyboard integration affect performance? What kind of issues do you face when working on long-term projects without a keyboard? Do you prefer a physical solution over virtual keyboards that mimic a keyboard?

Keyboard integration transforms a tablet experience into something closer to a mini laptop compared to using a smartphone. For example, when I tried an iPad Pro without a keyboard, I mostly used it for YouTube and gaming. But once I got the Magic Keyboard, everything changed—I now handle everything from Notion to PDFs using the keyboard. Yes, it’s expensive, but when you compare the performance, a keyboardless tablet feels almost like a "showpiece." When I have to work on projects that require a keyboard (like writing a 50-page report on the iPad), I can keep producing content without constantly staring at the screen. Without a keyboard, I’d usually rely on voice commands for taking notes, but I’d constantly run into errors that messed up the words. And with the trackpad that comes with the keyboard, I barely need a mouse anymore. It’s like having a mobile version of a Windows Surface—not just for media consumption, but actually useful for real work.
