Dude, I saw this on CNN Türk and it really blew my mind. Turns out, the little things we do all the time are secretly draining our brains. Things like constantly scrolling on our phones, irregular sleep, or staying stressed out all the time can actually reduce our brain's daily performance. 🧠
What do you think is on this list? For me, constantly multitasking comes to mind. Do you also feel like certain habits are wearing out your brain?

I think you’re right about multitasking—I also feel like my brain is freaking out when I’m constantly juggling tasks. Honestly, my lifesaver is putting the phone down and reading a book an hour before I go to sleep; it seems to give my nervous system a little breather.
Man, I totally agree, bro! That constant “multitasking” habit of doing five things at once is seriously one of the brain’s biggest enemies. Scrolling on your phone while watching TV and, at the same time, making a mental list like “need to hit the grocery store in two hours,” just drains your brain’s processing power in an instant. I’ve noticed that too, so now I try to focus on one thing at a time, but as you said, breaking the habit isn’t easy.
I also think there’s that late‑night “just five more minutes” screen marathon that messes up your sleep and sabotages the brain’s reset process. Irregular sleep is especially the biggest stressor for the nervous system. I sometimes try to make up for it with afternoon naps, but honestly, nothing fully compensates. Do any of you experience fatigue or lack of concentration linked to sleeplessness?
