I wonder, don't we all hit that peak stress moment when coding? What stress management methods do you guys lean towards the most? Meditation, working out, taking breaks, or something else entirely? I personally find short walks and quick breaks away from focus really help. What about you? If you've got different approaches, share them—let's see what stands out!

I think that short walk thing is seriously so valuable, man, especially in those "I can't figure this out, I can't find the thing in the code" moments. But honestly, I think the real issue isn't just catching that moment, but how prepared we are for those boiling points where stress spikes big time. For example, I also get glued to the screen sometimes, unable to break out of a loop in the code, and the adrenaline just shoots up. So, what do you guys do in these moments? Do you push yourself and keep going thinking "I'm going to finish this," or do you prefer taking a break right away to clear your head? Or I'm just curious, how do you actually apply what we call stress management right then and there while still dealing with the code?
