I think Müftüoğlu's 8 rules really work, especially with his metabolism-based approach. I’m 38 now, and for the past 3 years, I haven't skipped my 10-minute breathing exercise + 30-minute walk every morning. It didn't happen overnight, but I can honestly say that my joint stiffness has decreased and my sleep has improved, for real.
I think the "movement" rule is the most important one, because the others (nutrition, sleep, etc.) are all tied to it anyway. Three months ago, I switched to joint-friendly exercises for some mild knee pain, and that sped up the recovery process too. Which rule have you guys focused on?
