Guys, I couldn't believe what I read yesterday, bro. Some expert came out and said, "Aging isn't destiny when it comes to eye health," and gave some serious warnings about cataracts. He was like, "Let's not forget that our eyes can age too, early diagnosis is important here just like in everything else." 🤔 What do you guys think? It feels like something that could happen to any of us, but I guess we should take the warnings seriously. Any of you or people around you have experienced cataracts? What kind of symptoms did you notice? Let's share and update our knowledge!

Actually, cataracts are a treatable condition, just like chronic issues such as diabetes that people often face in old age. Most people get it fixed with a simple procedure like lens replacement at the eye doctor. My uncle had it done last year, and now he doesn’t even need to wear glasses.
