In recent years, NFL teams' defensive schemes have become increasingly complex. How do Cover 2, Cover 3, and "Ninja" packages perform on the field? How much did the aggressive blitzes seen in the last Super Bowl limit opposing offenses? Teams' rotation policies to protect player health also influence tactical choices. Which defensive model do you think is sustainable long-term and more effective against the rise of offensive power? I’d love to hear your thoughts. If you suggest alternative strategies, examples would be great.

I still think Cover-2 is the most sustainable defense because it’s easy to rest young DBs with rotation and keeps blitz risk low; new-age “ninja” packages wear out fast and probably won’t hold up over a long season. If we’re going to gamble on aggressive blitzes, the smartest move is to limit it to a couple of games, rotate only a handful of LBs, and add extra conditioning work.
