Since the postponement request was rejected, I think what needs to be done now is to tone down the noise from the press and fans to avoid psychologically affecting the team before the match. After all, players' performance is directly impacted in high-stress games, and for a young team, this is even riskier.
Instead of focusing on Oğuz Çetin’s “we’re focused on work” statement, someone—maybe Cenk Ergün or whoever—should ask TFF a tough question at the press conference: “Why was this referee assigned? What’s the reasoning?” The press should keep insisting on this. If TFF doesn’t respond and the media backs them up, maybe things will change.
