Well, I'm not really into football, but when I read this, it reminds me of rugby too. For example, last year in the Top 14, the leadership was split in half in the first week, and it seemed to me like it was constantly switching between Racing 92 and Toulouse. Then you'd see it change with a move by Stayerler, Union Bordeaux, or Toulouse. Looking at this season, it seems like evenly matched teams are fighting for the top spot, just like in football.
I think the same goes for Fenerbahçe. With Lukaku, they've gained serious depth in attack, but they still struggle defensively, especially in away games. My prediction is that the leadership will switch between a few teams this season, and there will always be surprises. Look, last year Toulouse was chasing the top spot, but in the final weeks, they lost it to Stade Toulousain, the most experienced team in the league.
