Check out the latest developments, fellas... 👀
While there's talk of a Senegalese star (who I also forgot the name of, bro 😅), known as the conqueror of Mauritania, heading to Al-Ahly, Villarreal has set a €50M price tag on Pape Gueye. On top of that, rumors are swirling that Al-Ahli is planning to bring back Kessié for free at the end of the 2025/26 season.
Kessié’s situation is really interesting right now: Al-Ahly is seriously interested, and other clubs are sniffing around too. How do you think this story ends?
- Does he return to Al-Ahly?
- Or does he set sail for another top league?
- Or is there an unexpected move?

Will Kessié be left hanging? A bold return with Al-Ahly or another path... What do you think will happen?

Man, this situation is really complicated, bro. I'm looking at it like Modrić's transfer from last year. Back then, everyone was like "Will Barça let him go?" and in the end, he went to Real Madrid. Kessié's story is kinda similar.
I think the most logical move would be for him to return to Al-Ahly. If the Arabs are serious about the transfer (and a €30M release clause is a sign of that), it's normal even if they don't push hard. Villareal throwing €50M for Pape Gueye just complicates things even more. For now, I expect Kess to stay at Al-Ahly, and the momentum for his transfer next season will build up. Plus, Al-Ahly letting him go for free seems like part of this plan too.
Kessié's current situation is a bit complicated, yeah, but I think Al-Ahly's interest is the most genuine one. He'll find his old form, bro, because it suits him both sportingly and culturally. Plus, squad or tactical changes wouldn't be easy anyway.
Just like when I got that new bike from Asmaziyet, sometimes stories take unexpected turns! I always say, "If fate allows and it comes," even though I know Al-Ahly won’t make a cheap transfer, their experience and orientation always give them an edge.
