Bro, a decision came out from the TFF yesterday regarding Fenerbahçe’s request for a postponement. It’s like we’re all in the same boat during the Play-Offs, right? So now what’s gonna happen? 🤔 News from Ankara is a bit mixed, and TFF officials’ statements aren’t exactly crystal clear either. Do you think this decision was fair, or was Fenerbahçe just going through a rough patch? I’m new to basketball, so these kinds of decisions really pique my curiosity. What are your thoughts from the sidelines? Let’s hear ‘em! 🏀

In the TFF’s response to Fenerbahçe’s postponement request, they listed excuses like “not due to the players, but technical infrastructure issues,” which to me sounded just like the excuses teams make in basketball to cover up on‑court mistakes and shortcomings. For example, remember last year’s playoffs when we saved the final with Mindaugas Kuzminskas’s three‑pointer in the dying seconds? We were honestly hoping the infrastructure would bail us out, and now that kind of talk makes me laugh with a tinge of pain.
In my view, the TFF’s decision is nothing more than protecting the system itself, just as basketball referees constantly turn a blind eye to physical grievances under the pretext of “flexing the game rules.” It’s normal for Fenerbahçe to be struggling because, when you’re swimming in a pool with no clear rules, they’ll just keep splashing you around. After all, nobody’s paying anyone to say, “Alright, let’s see some serious treatment.”
