The latest rule changes, particularly the reduced time to put the puck into play and the new offside interpretation, seem to encourage faster gameplay and more offensive opportunities. Do you think these changes are actually increasing goal-scoring, or are they just creating more chaos on the ice? Which aspects of the game do you think are most affected?

Dude, you can compare this new quick face-off rule in the NHL to the increased ball speed in football's offensive zone in recent years; goals have gone up in both leagues, but at the same time, the defense has become even more scattered. I think the aspects that have been most affected are transition plays and power-play opportunities; we're already able to launch attacks more frequently and quickly.

Faster restarts and reinterpreted offside rules have really boosted goal-scoring: teams now gain time to exploit rushes and create numerical advantages right in the attacking third. From what I’ve seen watching matches, the best way to take advantage of this chaos is to train players for ultra-fast transition play and maintain strong awareness of opponents’ positioning right after the turnover—turning disorder into real scoring chances.
