A good comparison would be the tournament Guardiola won in 2009, the Rakuten Cup, after leaving Barcelona. Even though his style of play was far from what he had built there, he managed to implement the system in a few matches and lifted the trophy. Mourinho, similarly, is always known as a "results-oriented" coach, but when he focused on results, he motivated his team in a special way.
In a team like Real Madrid, which is always chasing titles, these kinds of successes are actually very valuable. Trophies boost morale, help the team bond, and ultimately trigger the emergence of a "special form" at unexpected moments. So in the end, it's not just about the trophy—it's something that also nourishes the team's spirit.
